You can upgrade or downgrade your Kumo subscription at anytime from your Billing Profile or the upgrade modals.
Upgrade/Downgrade when you have No subscription
If you have no active subscription (not even a Free plan), then you will only have access to the settings page to adjust your plan
Go to the Settings page
Click on the "Upgrade to Pro or Ultimate" button. NOTE: the "Manage Billing" button will not allow you adjust your plan when you do not have an active plan
When the modal pops up, select either the Pro or Ultimate plan
A new tab with Stripe will be opened where you can complete adding your billing information (if none previously stored) and checkout.
Once completed, close the Stripe tab and refresh the Kumo application (so it picks up the updated subscription level).
Upgrade/Downgrade an existing subscription
If you already have either a Free, Pro or Ultimate subscription, you can adjust your subscription level as follows:
Go to the Settings page, and click on the "Manage Billing" button, which will launch Stripe in a new tab.
From your Billing Profile, click the "Update Subscription" button next to your current subscription.
Select a new plan (different to your current plan), and select whether you prefer monthly or annual billling
You'll be asked to confirm details before committing to your upgrade or downgrade, and you have an option to enter any promotional code if you have one. All charges will be explained before you complete the transaction, and you will be prompted to add your card if you have not already got one on file.
