Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund on any charges in the last 30 days. A few guidelines for determining your eligibility for a full refund:
Full refunds for any charges in the last 7 days
Prorated refunds for any charges 8+ days ago, using 30 days as measure for one month
For example, if your monthly subscription renewed on the 1st of the month, and you are requesting a refund on the 15th: you're eligible for a 50% refund, or 15/30 days.
How to request a refund
The best way to contact our team about refunds is by replying directly to the receipt from Kumo (subject: Your receipt from Kumo #XXXX-XXXX). This will provide our team all the information we need to identify your account and process your refund.

Invoice or Receipt Number (can be found in your Billing Profile under Account Settings)
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statements.
