Understanding refunds and eligibility

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund on any charges in the last 30 days. A few guidelines for determining your eligibility for a full refund:

  • Full refunds for any charges in the last 7 days

  • Prorated refunds for any charges 8+ days ago, using 30 days as measure for one month

    • For example, if your monthly subscription renewed on the 1st of the month, and you are requesting a refund on the 15th: you're eligible for a 50% refund, or 15/30 days.

How to request a refund

The best way to contact our team about refunds is by replying directly to the receipt from Kumo (subject: Your receipt from Kumo #XXXX-XXXX). This will provide our team all the information we need to identify your account and process your refund.

You can also reach out directly to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Email associated with your Kumo account

  • Invoice or Receipt Number (can be found in your Billing Profile under Account Settings)

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statements.
